Hiring people for me is not transactional. When I fill positions, I never — especially with salary-level positions, hunt for just a warm body that’s good enough to do the job. With a little more effort and an awareness of the bigger picture/long-game, I can be looking for a candidate ‘on-brand, capable, qualified, AND interested in hospitality' as well as their career development and path of progression.
